Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
This deposit goes toward your final service cost. The deposit is
non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or
no-show.
Yes! You can reschedule with at least 48 hours notice before your
appointment time. To reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours
in advance. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice may result in
forfeiture of your deposit.
We understand life happens! Please call or text us if you're running
late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may
need to be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate the next client.

Absolutely! We love working with children and have special pricing for
kids' styles. We strive to make the experience fun and comfortable for
little ones. We ask that a parent or guardian remains present during
the appointment.
Yes! We welcome clients of all genders and ages. We offer men's braid
styles including twists, cornrows, and other masculine braid designs.
Men's styles start from $80 depending on the complexity.
Yes! We encourage sending inspiration photos when you book. You can
upload them through our booking form or send them via text after
booking. Inspiration photos help us understand your vision and ensure
we can achieve your desired look.
With proper care, our braids typically last 4-6 weeks. We provide
detailed aftercare instructions at your appointment to help maintain
your style. Touch-ups are available if needed to extend the life of
your braids.
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American
Express), and digital payments (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal). Payment is
due at the time of service.
